The 2020 Cobalt CS3 Surf is a 23-foot surf-capable bowrider that brings together smooth ride quality, easy wave setup, and a comfortable layout for a full day on the water. Powered by a Volvo Penta Forward Drive (300HP) with 625 hours, this boat delivers steady, controlled performance for both surfing and cruising. Cobalt’s surf system allows for simple wave adjustment, making it easy to tailor the setup for different riders. The cockpit is open and functional, with L-shaped lounge seating, a convertible companion seat, and a captain’s chair with flip-up bolster. The walk-through transom provides easy access to the swim platform, and the integrated sound system rounds out a setup that works well for both watersports and relaxed time on the water.
